Hey, that's my character! Where am I? Once you select a character a choose a Ship and Block, you'll be teleported to the "Visual Lobby," or simply "Lobby."

The first location that you'll encounter as a hunter will be the Visual Lobby

It's pretty big, and there are lots of people!

The Visual Lobby is a place for hunters to gather in real-time, to meet up, chat, and of course, get ready to go on adventures together and make friends.

Lobby Size

Each Lobby can hold up to 12 people.
If a 13 th person tries to enter, a new Lobby is created.

Communication

All right, let's try chatting! After all, what's an online game without the ability to chat with other folks?

When you want to talk, press the Spacebar, and then enter your message in the window that pops up.

Changing Chat Modes

Press F11 to stay in Chat Mode without having to press the Spacebar initially. If you're using a game pad to play the game, the keyboard can be used entirely for chatting. Once you are done, press F11 again to leave Chat Mode.

Remember, it's only polite to introduce yourself before chatting away with strangers! Oh, that's right. So, uh... "Hi, everyone!"

Press the [Spacebar] to change to Chat Mode.

"Hi everybody!" Messages that you send can be seen by all other users in the current Lobby

Oh, look! I'm talking! Chat Etiquette Many people will be sharing the Lobby with you. Try not to say or do things that will bother or offend the other players. Also, please be sure not to give out any personal information.

Word bubbles will appear above your character, so it looks like they're talking. So, let's see, now...

Hey, a picture just appeared! And your character bowed, too!

In addition to normal messages, there's also Symbol Chat; which will display pictures in your message boxes. You can also perform Lobby Actions to have your character perform certain poses and movements.

You can select different picture parts from a list and arrange them however you want them to be displayed.

Word Select

Press the "End" key and then use "Tab" to select through a list of words and phrases.

Lobby Actions

Hold down the "Alt" key and press a number of other keys to perform different actions and poses.

You can make yourself do just about anything, like acting crazy or dancing!

Moving Around the Lobby

What's that over at the edge of the Lobby? That's the Transporter, which allows you to move around Lobbies. Each Block contains 15 Lobbies, and you can come and go as you please.

Stepping onto the teleporter will bring up the Lobby List so you can choose where to go.

Times When You Can't Switch Lobbies

If a Lobby already has 12 people, you cannot enter. Please select a different Lobby.

Okay, I think I get it. Let's try Lobby 10, then.

Choosing Lobby 10 will bring you here, for example.

Oh! Oh, look at all the snowy scenery! There are snowmen, too! This looks totally different than the Lobby we were in before!

That's not all. Depending on what season it is, and the like, there are different decorative themes for Lobbies!

Lobby Number

Visual Lobbies differ in appearance based on what number Lobby it is.

The number will be displayed in the lower right side of the screen.

Lobby appearance will differ not just by what number it is, but also by season and whatever other decorative features have been thrown in. Have fun exploring all the different Lobbies and see which you like best.

Go-Go Ball

Huh? Where are we? This Lobby is a lot bigger than the other ones! And hey, look, there's something in the middle!

Lobby 14 and Lobby 15 are a bit different from the others.

This is the "Go-Go Ball Lobby." If your character touches the ball, it'll go flying. There's also a goal set up, and points will be earned if the ball touches it.

There are many different types of balls, which will keep changing on a set time.

The Mysterious Goal

Do you see the strange goal outside the edge of the Lobby? Unfortunately, a wall is set up, so you cannot aim the ball directly outside the bounds of the Lobby. How do you hit the goal...?

Points are displayed on the top of the screen!

"Yahoo!" If you press the [ ¢­ ] key when you touch the ball, you'll kick it farther than normal!

There aren't really rules, per se, so feel free to make up whatever games you like. This seems like a pretty fun Lobby! But we can't forget why we hunters are here in the first place, can we?
